Yas Mall sits at the heart of Yas Island, and inside it, on the first floor near Lululemon and Mont Blanc, you'll find The Brunch Room by Morsel. It's not trying to be loud. The whole place runs on quiet confidence — rustic striped plaster walls, travertine marble joineries, lighting kept low enough that you forget you're in a shopping mall.

Auriga Consultants handled the fit-out from start to finish, and their brief was specific: make it feel like somewhere you'd stumble into in a back alley in Paris or Melbourne, not a unit in a retail complex. Chocolate and coffee tones throughout. Nothing shiny.

This is exactly the kind of interior where ML-OT002 belongs. The pattern pairs soft gray marble blocks with a cream terrazzo matrix flecked with fine aggregate — staggered rectangles that read like a quiet rhythm rather than a repeating grid. Against dark timber, black fixtures, or matte plaster, it holds its own without shouting.

In a space like The Brunch Room, you'd see it work across a few surfaces: the floor running under banquette seating, perhaps wrapping up a partial wall behind the coffee counter, or framing a feature zone near the entrance. The gray marble brings coolness; the warm cream base keeps it from going sterile. Under the cafe's dimmed lighting, those aggregate specks catch whatever light there is and throw it back softly — the surface stays alive through the evening service.
